4. BDO Spencer Steward Accounting Bursaires

Bursaries are available for those students currently studying, or registering in 2008, towards a qualification as a Chartered Accountant.   • Must be studying or intending to study towards a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (i.e. BCom Accounting CA stream, Bachelor of Accounting CA stream and BCompt) at a University accredited by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

    Applications for the Actuarial Graduate Recruitment Programme close on 31 July 2011. Bursaries are granted for full-time study of actuarial science at various tertiary institutions. Applicants must show the ability to innovate and share our passion for people; thus maintaining our competitive advantage. Successful applicants are expected to do a minimum amount of vacation work during the June and December holidays at the Liberty Head Office in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
