The Centre for Social Development in Africa (CSDA) at the University of Johannesburg has embarked on a national poverty and disability study. Supported by AusAID, the study includes bursaries for two students to study at the Masters or Doctoral level.
We are thus seeking top-class students worthy of these prestigious bursaries to participate in the research and register for their postgraduate degrees. Eligible students will have to complete their postgraduate research in a field related to the broad theme of poverty and disability.
The bursaries include sponsorship of fees and an opportunity to work on the research project as a research assistant.
Studies to commence in the 2nd semester of 2011 or beginning 2012.
