Deneys Reitz has a tradition of rewarding academic excellence by granting bursaries and scholarships to law students. We also recognise that there are students in South Africa, particularly from historically disadvantaged backgrounds, who would benefit from this financial aid.
In 2009, the firm proudly supported various bursary and scholarship programmes at Universities across the country. Collectively, more than R450 000 was offered to assist over 13 students pursue their dreams of becoming successful attorneys. Bursaries and Scholarships were provided to students studying towards an array of qualifications including an undergraduate LLB, post graduate LLB and an LLM degree.
